1 small pkg. butterscotch instant pudding (sugar-free or not)
2 cups milk
23 small chocolate chip cookies with pecans
1 cup whipped topping

Let's Make It
In a one-quart or smaller bowl, mix instant pudding as directed. I used the sugar and fat free one.
Next, sink enough cookies to cover the bottom of the bowl of thickened pudding and push more cookies along the sides so that the entire bowl is lined with cookies. (You could, of course, mix the pudding in a separate bowl and line another bowl with cookies, but this way is less messy and faster.)
Cover with a cup of whipped topping and garnish with cookie crumbs. It's ready!
