1 frozen Lender's Original Onion Bagel
2 oz All Whites egg whites
1 slice low-fat American Cheese
Fat-Free Nonstick Cooking Spray

Lightly toast bagel in toaster.

Spray small frypan with cooking spray and heat pan at med-high heat. Fry egg whites - flip to cook other side. Add slice of cheese to top of egg white while still cooking 2nd side to let cheese melt.

Place egg & cheese on toasted bagel and close the sandwich.
