Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients until well blended. After its mixed well, foil a pan any size with reynolds nonstick foil. Add mixture and form it into a football shape, not too thick. Wrap tightly so juices can form.
30 minutes into the baking time, drain juices off meat. Keep uncovered and let bake for another 30 minutes and serve.
Save the juices to make a mushroom gravy or just add it to the rice or potatoes you may prepare.
