Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 head cabbage, divided
1 lb hamburger
1 envelope dry onion soup
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
2 cans tomato soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use a 9x12 pan or casserole dish. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces and place half in bottom of pan. Brown the hamburger and drain most of grease off. Layer on top of cabbage. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top of beef, and then sprinkle uncooked rice. Cover with remaining cabbage.

In a large bowl empty the 2 cans of tomato soup and add 1 cup of water, mix well. Pour soup over mixture. Cover with tin foil.

Bake at 350°F for 2 hours. Then turn oven down to 325°F. Uncover and stir and cover back up for 1 hour. For the last 30 minutes uncover, stir mixture. This can also be cooked in a crock-pot.
