Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon fresh grated onion
1/2 cup sour cream
2 (1 lb.) cans French style green beans, drained
1-1/2 cups Kraft Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cornflakes crumbs

Let's Make It
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, sugar & pepper; add milk, blend well and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in onion, sour cream and blend mixture with green beans.
Layer green bean mixture and Swiss cheese in a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine cornflakes crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and spread on top of bean mixture.
Bake in a 400°F preheated oven for 30 minutes.
