Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sweet red paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp spicy pepper flakes (or to your taste or if you live on the edge...more)
5 med size potatoes or yams (depending on # of guests)

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients together well (except for potatoes) Set aside.
Wash and scrub potatoes (do not peel). Cut length wise in half - pierce with fork down center (do not pierce through outer skin). Potatoes should not fall apart when done.
Place potatoes in bag and pour marinade over. Tie and refrigerate. Can be left to marinate for 1 - 2 hrs. or better if overnight. If left overnight, remember to turn bag once or twice to ensure even distribution of flavor.
Here's the good part! You can grill them on low until tender on the inside and a bit crusty on the out. Don't worry if the outside is a bit black. It's not burned, the inside will be moist and delicious!
