In a medium saucepan, add milk, velveeta cubes, tomatoes & chilies. Heat on medium, until cheese in smoothly melted, stiring often.
In small saucepan, heat refried beans, on medium, until very warm. Meanwhile, toast taco shells in oven, toaster oven, or microwave, for 2-3 minutes (watch them carefully, they burn easily).
When this is all finished, you take a spoonful of sour cream, and carefully spread all over the insides of the taco shells, coating very well. Then you get 2 teaspoons of refried beans, coat inside, and slightly fill the bottom of shell. Take a tablespoon of cheese mixture, pour all over the inside of the shell, coating beans. Top with additional sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and green onions. ENJOY!!!
