Make the pudding with the pie filling directions so it will be thicker.
Place one layer of graham crackers whole on the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish. Spread the Jell-O Pudding over the graham crackers. Then add the fruited pie filling and repeat with the graham crackers, Jell-O pudding and filling. When done top with Cool Whip. I like to crumble some crackers and sprinkle on top for a pretty look.
You can serve right away or cover with foil and serve in a few hours. However the longer you let it sit the graham crackers will become softer.
