3 cans (15 oz. each) sliced peaches or fruit cocktail (with syrup or juice)
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 container whipped topping or vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
Empty cans of fruit with juices into bottom of pan and evenly distribute on bottom of pan. Pour dry cake mix on top of fruit to cover area. Slice margarine in pats and place on top of cake mix and arrange evenly
Bake for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
