Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 cups cubed chicken (3 whole or 6 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast)
1 1/2 cups celery
2 cups seedless green grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 – 3 tsp. curry - depending on your taste

Microwave chicken in glass dish with plastic wrap for 10 minutes or till cooked through. Once cooked, place under cold running water.

Cut chicken into bite-size cubes. Chop up the celery and grapes. Put in bowl with chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Chill for at least one hour. Enjoy!
