Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz frozen cavatelli
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
2 cups milk
1 package (8 oz.) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cut up
1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced (optional)

Let's Make It
Cook cavatelli in boiling salted water till al dente. Immediately drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
For cheese sauce in a saucepan melt butter or margarine. Stir in flour, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture is thick and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Stir in cut up cream cheese and mozzarella till cheeses are melted. Gently fold the cooked cavatelli into the cheese sauce.
Turn mixture into an 8x8x2-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with sliced tomato if desired.
