2 pkgs (8 ounce each) cream cheese (the brick kind), softened
2 bunches scallions, chopped fine
1 red pepper and 1 green pepper, cut finely
2 cans chili with or without beans
1 pkg Kraft Cheese (any blend you prefer) jalapeno jack, cheddar

Let's Make It

First, spread softened cream cheese in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, cover dish well.

Then add chopped veggies and spread them. Add cans of chili on top, and then top with cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
