8 medium sized potatoes
4 large eggs
8 slices bacon
KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's Make It

Boil potatoes with the skins on until tender: approx. 2 hours.

Boil eggs until yolks and whites are hard...let cool.

Fry bacon until crispy and drain on a paper towel, saving the bacon drippings.

When potatoes are tender...let cool and then peel. Dice the potatoes in a large bowl and cut up eggs into potatoes.

Break up bacon into small pieces and add to bowl. Mix in mayo until potatoes are completely coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add bacon grease and mix well into the salad....enjoy.
