Let's Make It
In a wok heat oil and then drop in peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, dry red chillies, cloves, cardamoms and saute on medium flame till golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes and oil starts to leave the sides. Then add the properly washed chicken and water and cook till the chicken is tender. Dry up the water if there is any.
Move the chicken pieces from the center to the sides of the wok and make a well. Then add the sugar in the made well and brown it till it caramelizes. Once that is done, mix the chicken thoroughly and serve hot with bread.
