Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 stalk celery, diced
1 whole onion, diced
2 Tbsp butter
1 whole cooked chicken, cleaned off bone and cut up
1 pkg (12 oz.) Kraft Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 box Stove Top Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
1 can cream of chicken soup condensed
1 cup chicken broth

Saute celery and onion in butter over low heat until tender. Remove from heat, add cooked chicken and shredded cheddar cheese to onion/celery mixture and mix well. Place in 9x12 baking pan as first layer.

Sprinkle Stove Top Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix over first layer (dry). Then dilute cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of chicken broth and pour over both layers to coat completely.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min or till bubbly.
