Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg grated cabbage 4 to 5 cups (for coleslaw)
1 cup ice cold milk
3 pkg (4 serving size each) Jell-O Gelatin (orange works well)
1/2 cup boiling water and 2 ice cubes
1 cup drained chopped frozen or fresh fruit (such as strawberries)

Puree cabbage and cold milk in a blender until finely chopped.

Stir Jell-O & boiling water until completely dissolved, and then put 2 ice cubes into hot Jell-O to cool it. When ice is melted, pour into blender and puree until the color is uniform throughout the mixture.

Pour into a mold or bowl, stir in fruit and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
