2 cloves garlic
Olive oil
4 chicken breasts
2 cans diced tomatoes and juice
1 box frozen spinach
Fresh (or dried) basil to taste
2 cups egg noodles

Let's Make It

Brown minced garlic in olive oil until tender. Add chicken breasts cut into pieces.

When chicken in no longer pink, add tomatoes with juice and frozen spinach.

When spinach begins to break up, add basil, covering with noodles. Add about 1/2 cup water is there is not enough liquid. Simmer until noodles are done.
