1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed or diced tomatoes (+ 1/2 can water or tomato sauce)
1 pkg elbow macaroni
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft shredded mozzarella
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft shredded cheddar
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can tomatoes with green chilies (optional)
Salt to taste

Let's Make It
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add dehydrated peppers, tomatoes & water or sauce, and macaroni. Stir to mix. Cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked (stirring to keep from sticking).
Add corn and green beans. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cheeses over top of mixture, cover and leave on medium heat until cheese is melted 3-5 minutes.
