CRUST:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
FILLING:
4 cups rhubarb, cut up and washed
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pkg (3 oz.) Jell-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2 cups Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Cool Whip

CRUST: Mix the ingredients together and press into a 9x13 pan.

FILLING: Cook the rhubarb with the sugar and add the dry Jell-O. Cook until the rhubarb is tender. Let it cool a bit before adding the marshmallows. Add the Cool Whip.

Pour into the crust. Chill until firm.
