Original recipe yields 1 serving
2-3 baked chicken breasts or 2 cans of white meat chicken in water; chopped
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
2 sweet, crunchy apples, peeled and cubed (I use Fuji apples)
1 small sweet RED onion, chopped (I usually don’t use the entire onion)
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (you can toast these prior to mixing)
2 dollops Kraft Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 cup + sugar

Let's Make It

Toss together chicken, grapes, apples, onion and nuts.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and sugar. Mix well. Pour over chicken salad, mix and chill before serving.

Serve this with crackers, tortilla chips, loaf bread, or better yet, all by itself…it’s just that good!
