Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar (26-30 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper (although for a bit spicier... I add more)
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen corn (canned works too if you drain well)
1 Tbsp chili powder (more for spicier less for not so spicy)
16 oz ready cut pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheese

1. In 4 quart Dutch oven over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion, stirring frequently. Cook 4 minutes or until meat is browned.

2. Stir in spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper, corn, and chili powder. Heat to simmering.

3. Stir in pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat 1 minute or until cheese melts.
