Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients until everything seems to be blended evenly.
Place the loaf in a roasting pan & form the meat to the shape of the pan. Make sure the meat does not touch the sides of the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Then firmly press down on the meat. If the juice is clear squeeze ketchup on the top & continue to bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the ketchup as a slight crisp look. If juice wasn't clear continue to cook until it is then finish the steps.
