1 lb shrimp
10-15 limes
7-10 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 sm. bunch cilantro, chopped
1-2 habanero peppers, seeded & finely diced

Let's Make It

Place shrimp in a non reactive bowl. Juice limes and add to shrimp (you'll need enough to completely cover the shrimp).

Cover & place in fridge for 24 hours. This "cooks" the shrimp.

When this process is done, add remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
