3 Tbsp oil
1 onion
4 lb rump roast
4 Tbsp flour
1 can Vidalia onion soup, no water added
3 or 4 potatoes
5 carrots
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 ounces balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Gravy Master

Let's Make It
In a large 6 qt pot, add oil. Add a diced onion, brown for 10 min, don’t burn.
Roll meat in flour and add to onion mixture. Brown meat on all sides about 20 minutes.
After meat is browned, add Vidalia onion soup to mixture. Add vegetables and onion soup, mix. Stir all ingredients. With a knife poke holes in the meat all around. Pour the balsamic vinegar and Gravy Master all over the top of the meat. Cover pot and let it cook on low for 3 hours.
