First cook the ground beef, drain, and add taco seasoning, but leave about 1 to 2 teaspoons of the seasoning on the side. Set aside ground beef to cool down.
Next on a large flat dish or serving dish spread cream cheese out (into a large circle), leave an outside edge open. Sprinkle about 1 tsp. taco seasoning on top of the cream cheese and mix softly.
Add the remaining ingredients in layers starting with the refried beans, then taco meat (cooled slightly), sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and black olives. By leaving the edges open your guest will be able to scoop their chips in and the dip won't last long!
