Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 cups Ragu spaghetti sauce
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced onions
Pepper, garlic and salt to taste
4 large pieces chicken breast (boneless, precooked)
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Preheat over to 400°F. Butter 2 quart shallow baking dish. Spoon 1/3 of spaghetti sauce into baking dish.
Melt butter in skillet; add the mushrooms and diced onions, season salt and pepper and garlic. Saute until soft. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic and cook on grill or under broiler.
Place chicken breast and mushroom mixture on top of sauce and spoon on the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheeses and bake for 30 minutes ~ or until cheese gets browned.
