1 medium zucchini
1 medium yellow squash
2 cups fresh mushrooms
2 cups fresh broccoli
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
1 medium tomato

Rinse vegetables and slice. Place all vegetables except tomato in pan, add garlic salt, butter and water.

Cook on medium-high heat and cover, stirring occasionally for about 15-20 minutes, or until.

While vegetables are steaming, lightly salt sliced tomatoes. When vegetables are tender, remove from heat and add tomatoes. Stir and serve immediately. Enjoy!
