First peel and cut up potatoes into cubes and then boil in big pot. When the potatoes are soft, they are done. When the potatoes are done, put them in a big bowl and put in the refrigerator and let them cool.
Then when cool, take them out and add the mayo till covered real good. Add honey mustard to taste. Add sugar. Last, add the sweet relish -- add as much as you like. Then mix all together.
Put back in the refrigerator and let it get cooler. Then take out and eat.
