1 small bag red potatoes
1 head cabbage
2 lb lean precooked corned beef sliced thick*
Fresh cilantro

Clean and boil potatoes 20 minutes. Clean, cut up and boil cabbage separately.

Take cabbage out in about 15 minutes and warm up sliced beef in cabbage broth for 5 minutes. Potatoes are done in 20 minutes. Save and drain juices (broths).

It is nice to have some juices or broths with your meal, potato and cabbage juices or broths. Serve all in a soup bowl. Dish out beef, potatoes, cabbage, juices or broths, serve with fresh cilantro and crusty bread.
