1/2 cup red onions, cut in small pieces or chopped
1 cup cucumber, cut in small pieces
1 cup tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup cilantro, cut in small pieces

Cut up onions, cucumber, and tomatoes in small chunky pieces. Add the rest of the items and stir well.

Chill in refrigerator till ready to serve.
