1 bunch of cilantro
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 small red onion
2 tomatoes
1 can black beans
1/2 pound Cotija cheese
1 small bag tortilla chips
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 lemons
Salt and pepper

Chop the cilantro, lettuce, spinach, onions, and tomatoes; Combine them all together. Then open the can of black beans, remove all the juice form the can, and pour the beans in with cut up ingredients.

Then break up the cheese into bits (this cheese easy to break up with your hands). Then break up the chips in the bag. After they are broken up pour in with the other ingredients.

Mix in the olive oil and the juice of the two lemons and mix all the ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste.
