2 lg. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 jar Roka or blue cheese
1 jar very sharp cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp grated onion
1/2 cup (very fine) grated nuts
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Mix together cheeses and onion until smooth and roll into ball.

Roll ball in nuts and chopped parsley. Roll mixture on wax paper and wrap.

Refrigerate at least 6-12 hours the longer the better.
