1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt (or to taste)
2 cloves of garlic mashed
3 teaspoon s chopped cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Kraft Italian Dressing
3 pounds skirt steak or chuck roll

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Add the beef, and let marinade overnight or two hours in the refrigerator.

Take it out of the refrigerator and broil in the oven broiler or on top of the stove in a skillet. You do not need to add any oil to the skillet. Enjoy!
