Cut tenderloin in cubes, marinate in milk mixed with 1 cup of beer for 1 hour.
After marinating for 45 minutes, prepare dry mix. In large bowl add 4 cups of flour, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic. In a large freezer bag put 2 cups of flour. Take pork from milk marinade and shake in bag of flour. Take from flour bag back to the milk mixture then coat in the bread crumb, flour, pepper, and garlic mixture.
Put in deep fryer for approx. 5 minutes or until done.
