1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, chopped up (optional)
1 red sweet pepper, chopped up (optional)
3 cans (14 oz.) chili beans
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
2 Tbsp chili seasonings (to your own taste)

If adding the peppers, add them in the beginning to saute with the onion. Brown the ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
