Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F. In a bowl mix the cassava, 1 cup condensed milk, 1 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup of sugar. Then pour in a dip-baking pan (8 x 10 inch pan). Bake the mixture for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, beat 1 egg with 1 cup of condensed milk and add the 1 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour it evenly on top of the baked Cassava. Put the mixture back in the oven and bake it again for 20 minutes or until it turns to golden brown. Let it cool, and then slice as desired.
