Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (4 cups) fresh cranberries
1 orange, with some of the peel
1 apple, cored/unpeeled (not tart)
2 cups or less sugar
20 oz (with juice) pineapple, crushed
½ cups nutmeats (pecan/walnut)
1 large pkg. Jell-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 envelope Knox Gelatin (optional)

Chop cranberries, orange and apple in food processor (not too fine). Add sugar and let stand for 30 minutes. Add crushed pineapple (with juice) and nutmeats.

Prepare Jell-O mix, using only 2 cups hot water, and let cool. (Optional) - prepare Knox gelatin with 1/4 cup hot water and add to Jell-O.

Combine cooled (not chilled) Jell-O mixture with other ingredients. Put mixture in mold or serving dish and refrigerate overnight.
