Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken or cream of onion soup 1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
4 - 6 pieces chicken

Let's Make It

Melt butter. Add rice (not cooked) into melted butter. Stir in salt to butter/rice mixture. Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper to mixture.

Place chicken pieces on top of mixture.

Cover and cook for 1 hours at 350 degrees F. If dry add small amount of water and steam until done.
