2 cups uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 cups V8 juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute macaroni, onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.

Add juice and seasonings and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.

Beef - Macaroni Saute: saute 1 lb. ground beef with macaroni mixture.

Tuna - Macaroni Saute: add 1 or 2 cans (7 oz. each) of tuna when boiling.

Chicken - Macaroni Saute: add cooked or uncooked chicken pieces when boiling. (Breast pieces are best and frozen ones may be added when the mixture is brought to a boil.)
