1 stick oleo
1 cup water
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) chicken broth
1 loaf bread, tear into small pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sage

Let's Make It

Put oleo and water in skillet; add celery and onion. Simmer about 5 minutes to soften celery and onion.

Add chicken broth and warm slightly, and then add to bread and eggs, salt and sage.

Cook 1 hr. at 350 degrees F. Cover with foil the first 45 minutes and uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
