1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 prepared pie crust of choice

In microwavable bowl add condensed milk, Baker's Chocolate and vanilla. Microwave on high approximately 7 minutes. Remove, stir to mix, and then let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

Meanwhile whip heavy cream till stiff peaks form, refrigerate till chocolate mixture cools down.

Mix chocolate mixture with electric mixer for 2 - 3 minutes. Fold in whipped cream, pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
