Season, brown, and drain hamburger meat. In an 8" or 9" pan, line biscuit dough a few inches from the sides of pan in an upward motion. When doing this there should be dough at the bottom of the pan and dough hanging over the side of the pan. Be careful not to break the dough. Stretching of the dough may be necessary.
Place ground beef around base of dough that is in the bottom of the pan. Then add cheese. Take the dough that is hanging over the side of the pan and fold over hamburger and cheese. Continue to tuck under forming a ring. Bake at temperature and time directed on biscuit can.
Once done, add lettuce and tomato in the center of ring. Sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa may be added. Also salsa can be added inside ring before baking process begins.
