Take a slice of an egg roll, put a Tbsp. of tomato sauce in the middle, add a couple slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle a little of cheese.
Now dip your index finger in the cup of water and wet the sides the egg roll. Fold the left side and the right side into the middle. Repeat and fold the narrow sides about 2 cm's so the stuffing doesn't fall out in the deep fryer.
Use a deep fryer to cook. Watch the pizza pockets so they don't go to brown.
