2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup or enough milk to cover cooked macaroni (either whole milk or canned evaporated milk)
2-3 in ches large rectangle Velveeta Cheese
1/2-1 tablespoon Parkay
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup

Boil macaroni until desired tenderness is reached, 10-15 minutes. Drain macaroni well.

Add enough milk to cover cooked macaroni. Then add cut up Velveeta, Parkay, salt and pepper.

Simmer stirring constantly until Velveeta is melted and sauce is thickened.

Turn off heat and add tomato soup. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
