Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
24 oz whipped topping, divided
5 oz box Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
3 cups cold milk
Chopped pecans or shaved chocolate for topping

Let's Make It

1st Layer: Mix flour, butter and pecans well and spread into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

2nd Layer: Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 oz. of the whipped topping and mix well. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Place in refrigerator.

3rd Layer: Mix Jell-O Pudding with milk according to directions. Spread on 2nd layer and refrigerate.

4th Layer: Spread 16 oz. whipped topping over 3rd layer, sprinkle with chopped pecans or shaved chocolate.
