6-8 red peppers (or any favorite sweet pepper)
3 Tbsp olive oil
Seasoned salt to taste

Wash and trim peppers, slice into quarters and place on a (lightly brushed with olive oil) cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with seasoned salt and drizzled remaining olive oil.

Bake at 425°F about 25 minutes in preheated oven. Excellent as a side dish for meats or a delightful snack.
