Original recipe yields 1 serving
20 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined cut into bite size pieces
4 slices of sausage roll
1 large carrot, cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 small head broccoli crowns, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb of rotelle noodles, cooked
2 cups of chicken broth
1/3 cup of wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Let's Make It
Peel and devein shrimp and then cut into bite size pieces. Cut sausage into bite size pieces, fry and drain on paper towel. Set aside. Slice and cook carrots to just a little tender.
Heat a large saute skillet. When hot add olive oil, butter, minced garlic, and shrimp. Saute for about 3 minutes. Add cooked sausage pieces, carrots, broccoli, noodles and saute for 2 minutes.
Mix together chicken broth, wine, and lemon juice and add to the pan. Heat for approximately 2 minutes and then add parmesan cheese. Stir and serve.
