1/2 cup butter or oleo softened
1 and 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker
1 pkg (6 oz.) chocolate pieces
1 pkg (6 oz.) butterscotch pieces
1-3 and 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or your choice nuts
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Melt butter; stir in graham crackers, pat crumbs mixture evenly in the bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 pan.

Layer in this order: chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and walnuts. Pour milk evenly over all!

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
