Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup fenugreek (methi) leaves, chopped
1/3 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/3 cup Bengal gram flour (besan)
½ teaspoon ginger-green chili paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
¼ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using a little water.

2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape into even sized rounds and flatten them by placing between your palms.

3. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 7 to 8 minutes.

4. Serve hot.
