3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges & juice
1 tub Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil & can of mandarin oranges for 3 min. on medium speed. Oranges will break up during beating.

Bake in greased 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for 30-35 min. Cool completely

Mix Cool Whip, vanilla, vanilla pudding & pineapple with juice. Blend thoroughly and spread on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate.
